Background: Over 15 years of football coaching experience with significant experience within performance analysis. Spent the past 8 years working in elite sport with roles in Boys Academies, Men's Semi Professional Football, National Set Ups and Girls Football. Originally from Oakham in Rutland (Midlands) but currently living in Buckshaw Village in Lancashire. I studied a degree in Sport Science and Football at Liverpool John Moores University and have spent the past few years working in Women's Football with current roles at Accrington and Rossendale College and England Ladies.

Background: Head Coach of Female Football at Bridgwater College, Somerset FA Girls Centre of Excellence Head Coach, Head Coach at Taunton Town U18’s, Head of male performance football at Richard Huish College, Director for Arsenal Soccer Schools South West, Travel Coach in New Jersey, USA, Associate Lecturer on Level 3 Football Studies course at Bridgwater College.

Darin Killpartrick

Darin Killpartrick

Current Role: Darin is currently the football head coach of Outstanding Chichester College,overseeing all the mens football programs and coaching studies. He has been in this role for over 12 years,developing young players for the modern game for both professional  and semi professional football. He also lectures at the University of Chichester on their football degree program where he has worked for the past 5 years.

Qualifications/Experience: Darin is a holder of the prestige UEFA 'A" Licence, gaining his qualification through the English FA. He holds a level 5 in psychology in football and a B Licence Goalkeeping award. He is also a tutor for the FA, delivering level 1 and 2, and is currently at the end of his UEFA B Licence Tutor training. He has vast amount of experience in youth development, working for Brighton Hove Albion for over 10 years with their under 15s. Darin has coached and mentored around the world, Singapore, Canada, Thailand and America being a few of the countries he has worked in. He is also currently 1st team coach at Bognor Regis Town FC where he has worked for over 12 years, playing, coaching and managing the side.

Background: Darin comes from a football driven family, where his Grandad represented his Country of Scotland in 1945 and his Father played at a high level through out his career. He has played semi-professional all his career and has shown loyalty to his team Bognor Regis Town where he spent most of his playing days. He has been involved with the ECFA national team for the past 3 years.

Current Role: ECFA National Men's Team Assistant Coach, Head of Football Academy Brockenhurst College (ECFA National Knockout Champions 2015), First Team Manager Bashley Football Club (Southern League – South and West)

Qualifications/Experience: First Class BSc Hons Sports Coaching, FA Youth Module 1 & 2, UEFA B Licence – UEFA A Licence Preparatory

Background: Spending the past 5 years coaching within an educational setting, I also benefit from coaching at a senior level in both the male and female game. Whilst coaching at the University of Gloucestershire I led the female football programme, guiding the first team to a National Cup final whilst securing a place in the BUC's Premier League. Subsequently I combined my time between the University's men's side in the BUC's premier league as well a coaching role at West Bromwich Albion. I currently operate as Head of Football Academy at Brockenhurst College over-seeing 3 men’s and 1 ladies’ team as well as being First Team Manager at Bashley Football Club. Whilst leading the college first team to be crowned ECFA National Knockout Champions I continued to develop as a performance analyst working within the analysis team at  AFC Bournemouth u21’s,  mirroring the time I spent in a similar role at Exeter City.

I am relishing the opportunity to join the ECFA National coaching team and it was with immense pride that I accepted this opportunity. I view my appointment as a unique opportunity to continue my own development whilst contributing meaningful to such a fantastic organisation.

Charlotte brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our staff team, working in a clinic and as a Physiotherapist at Nottingham Forest FC. She will work with players and coaches to provide high quality and holistic pre-match preparation, pitch side treatment and post-match recovery to maximise performance and injury prevention.
