FE Football Activators
FE Football Activators

English Colleges FA (as part of AoC Sport) has secured funding for an exciting new programme for the further education sector over the next two years, initially.
Working in partnership with The Football Association, we are delighted to announce the FE Football Activator programme is officially launched.

In total 87 colleges (general further education colleges and sixth forms) have been selected to recruit up to two Further Education Football Activators (FEFA's) to support the growth of new football participation.

This programme follows the successful pilot of the Lead2Football Activator Programme that has driven a growth in female participation at ages 14-19 over the past year. Our new FE Football Activator Programme will see double the investment per college, with £600 available to grow football participation and develop the activator workforce.
